Multi-Million Dollar Producer, Rick Hagar has joined long time Delaware Resident and Realtor Tyler Andrews to form The Hagar Andrews Team of Realtors.

Rick Hagar is an Entrepreneur and Business Owner who has an extensive background in working with buyers and sellers and comes highly recommended by his many past clients.  Rick, who owns multiple businesses including Hagar Andrews LLC, also serves as the Team Leader and Chief Executive Officer of the Keller Williams Middletown Market Center, and has been training leaders to maximize their fullest potential for over 25 years. 

A former college dean and high school football and baseball coach, Rick began his successful real estate career after serving as Chairman of the Board of National Sureties and Investments in Jacksonville, Florida, as well as Vice President of Surety Management and Investments, also in Jacksonville.  Rick, who also serves as a minister, is a frequent speaker in churches and youth events across the country.  He has over 25 years experience in local church and pastoral ministry.  He remains very active in his community where he currently serves as the Pastor of Wrightsdale Baptist Church and leads StoneBridge Ministries, a ministry organization working with youth and families.  Rick also continues to coach youth sports in the area and serves on several Local Boards.

Rick is an avid reader and enjoys the works of such authors as Zig Ziglar, John Maxwell, Jim Rohn, and Stephen R. Covey.  Rick believes and practices the principles of , "God First, Family Second, and Business Third."

Tyler Andrews has an extensive background in evaluating and meeting the needs of customers and comes highly recommended by his many past clients.  Tyler began his real estate career after attending the University of Delaware.  Tyler's amazing leadership ability and his knowledge of the real estate industry makes him a very valuable partner in The Hagar Andrews Team.  Tyler, who is also an Entrepreneur and Business Owner has been training and encouraging leaders as he continues to grow his own local and national business ventures.  He has become a leader's leader, and has gained the respect and admiration of those with whom he is working.  He has built an excellent reputation with his clients and peers, and is involved in sharing his leadership knowledge and skills one on one as well as in group settings.

As Co-Owner of Hagar Andrews LLC, Tyler is very instrumental in leading the day to day operations of The Hagar Andrews Team of Realtors.  An avid reader and student of real estate, Tyler has become very knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate industry.

Tyler, who also believes and practices the principle of "God First, Family Second, and Business Third," loves spending time with the "Love of his Life", his wife, Maria and their two sons Tyler and Talan.  Tyler and Maria are also involved in their local church, where they work in the children's ministry.    

 Ed Money, who recently retired as a member of The Hagar Andrews Team,  also served and retired from the United States Army. Ed began a second career in the Health Care industry, where he worked for many years in hospital administration.  Ed began his Real Estate Career in 2007 and has become a favorite of many buyers and sellers throughout the area.  Ed's outgoing style and personality has gained him many friends, and he was even the subject of a Channel 6 Action News Story in Philadelphia.  

Ed is married to JoAnn Money and they have six children, twelve grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. Ed and JoAnn are very active in their local church, and continue to be involved in volunteerism in their local community.  Ed's amazing ability to work with people and his knowledge of the area made him a very valuable member of The Hagar Andrews Team.  

 Peter Park has proven to be a valuable asset to Hagar Andrews LLC.  Peter moved to Delaware from Staten Island, New York to attend college and decided to make New Castle County his home.  He now travels back and forth to New York, where he also owns other business ventures.
